All activities will take place at Maastricht University, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (Randwyck). Our visitor address is: Universiteitssingel 40, 6229 ER, Maastricht.

The Mosa Conference 2019 will take place on June 25th and June 26st 2019.

For all other questions, you can contact us via email using info@mosa-conference.nlor call us on0031 43 388 2481.

Yes, you can! The Mosa Conference is open for everyone interested in (bio)medical research. However, since you are not a student, it is not possible to submit an abstract and present your research. As a passive participant you can attend keynote lectures, workshops, listen to the presenting students and join our networking drinks in the end of the day.

We allow each participant to submit one abstract. In this way, all participants get the chance to present their research in a poster presentation.

In case you need an invitation letter for your visa application or university, email us to info@mosa-conference.nland mention if you need it for visa or your home university, if you are an active or passive participant, full name, name and country of your home university.

No, one ticket gives access to both days and includes lunch, keynote lectures, workshops and poster sessions.

Your abstract will be used for the selection of the oral presenters by our jury and will be published in the abstract book. You can use a different version for your thesis, but that version does not need to be sent to us.

All abstracts will be send to our jury, which will select five abstracts for an oral presentation. All active participants present their poster during the poster presentations, regardless of the jury selection for oral presentations.

This depends whether or not you are an external student and when you will arrive. The preliminary schedule plans external participants before lunch on the first day. This would mean that in case of a morning flight you will not be able to present your research.

All poster presentations are scheduled simultaneously, meaning that you need to be present there for this time period. For the remaining time at the conference as an internal student you have an obligation of your course to be there. Contact your course coordinator for alternative arrangements. For external students, you are free to fill in the rest of the day to your own preferences. We encourage everyone to attend the keynote lectures and workshops!
